Here's the tank that we exchanged from our neighbor. As you can see it's not very nice looking and I certainly wouldn't want to put that in my car or trunk! We left it outside on front porch. You are able to select several places you would like your tank left. If you select front porch/stoop or driveway/in front of garage, there is no additional charge. If you select that you'd like it in your backyard or in one of the other spots, there is a $1.99 charge. You'll receive an email the day before reminding you to put out your tank and since our deliveries have ranged from 6:45-8am, we put ours out the night before.
You'll receive the email when it's delivered and you don't have to be home to accept it. They will leave it in the same spot you left your old tank. There was a $2 off your next Cynch propane tank exchange coupon left on top of the new one.
The Cynch tanks contain 15 pounds or propane and depending on where you get your tank filled it's very comparable in price and you may even save money. Add the time savings and the overall convenience of ordering online and we feel it's a great deal! All of the tank exchanges in our area are $19.99 which is the same as Cynch. Why go there and deal with that hassle when you can have it delivered!
